Consultants within the Strategy Practice combine their technical expertise with their knowledge of their client's business needs to deliver strategic storage and infrastructure solutions that drive value and deliver results.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should have 8+ years of experience:

• Evaluating and architecting storage operations, policies, and procedures to drive strategic storage, SAN, and backup initiatives

• Assisting clients with multi-million dollar storage purchasing decisions

• Delivering all leading storage technologies including EMC, IBM, SUN, HDS, Veritas Netbackup, Legato, and IBM Tivoli Storage Manager

• Documenting best practices, methodologies, and cost models

• Evaluating customers strategic business issues, identifying requirements, creating business case justifications, and proposing appropriate enterprise solutions

• Leading and managing large client engagements

Responsibilities:

• Develop in-depth understanding of a client's business requirements, along with client's current data storage environment

• Create proposals that address current and evolving client storage requirements

• Develop customized solutions that address specific needs, and the successful management and/or delivery of engagements

• Develop, promote and follow engagement methodologies

• Extensive travel required
