The Team Manager will lead a team of Account Managers to deliver consistent business growth in their named accounts
Qualifications:

Candidates will have an in-depth knowledge of the sector typically with a minimum of 5 years experience selling IT services

Direct customer knowledge is essential and the successful candidate would be expected to have customer access at the highest levels. Previous history will include a successful sales career where overachievement was standard

Demonstrable previous success of building customer relationships

Management of a team

It would be expected that the candidate would bring both customers and business with them as part of their expertise and knowledge
Responsibilities:

Responsibility for day to day management of Account Managers including Employee reviews, training and development

Deliver the number against the plan (including an element of personal quota)

Achieve specific KPI’s including Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention and New Business

Manage business plan including account planning, forecasting, monitor engagement and conversion rates and ensure overall company objectives are met

Manage lead generation
