GlassHouse Technologies Hires Ken Hale as Chief Financial Officer

Company Continues to Attract Top Industry Talent and Further Strengthen Executive Management Team

Framingham, MA – GlassHouse Technologies, the global leader in independent storage consulting and services, announced the recent appointment of Ken Hale to the position of chief financial officer (CFO).

Prior to GlassHouse, Hale had been CFO of AptSoft Corporation, an enterprise software company focused on the alignment of existing systems with business processes, where he held responsibility for financial planning, management and operations. He joined AptSoft from Wheelhouse Corporation, a software and professional services company in the customer relationship management (CRM) sector, where he also held the post of CFO and was a member of the company's operating committee.

Prior to AptSoft and Wheelhouse, Hale held the positions of CFO and treasurer of NaviSite (NASDAQ - NAVI) and was a member of the company's operating committee. At NaviSite, Hale established financial management, investor relations, accounting and financial reporting functions for the organization.

Hale holds a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Colgate University and a MBA from Northeastern University, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the National Business Honor Society. He is an instructor of auditing and taxation at Northeastern University's Graduate School of Business Administration and University College. Hale is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
